Der Schlegelshof in Burghaslach blickt auf eine lange Geschichte zurück – seit 1882 ist er fest mit der Region und der Landwirtschaft verbunden. Über Generationen hinweg war die Familie Schlegel tief verwurzelt in der Bewirtschaftung von Wiesen, Wäldern und Äckern, im Leben mit der Natur und im Einklang mit den Jahreszeiten.
Heute lebt diese Tradition neu auf. Mit frischem Blick und dem Bewusstsein für Qualität, Regionalität und Nachhaltigkeit wird der Hof wieder aktiv bewirtschaftet.
